Forever a NightmareI lay my head down on my pillow, unprepared for the nightmares to come; unarmed for the battle I will have with myself and my unjustified guilt. Surely I shall lose and be thrown into the dark abyss of self torment, only to awaken the next morning to a throbbing pain in my brain that no drug could ever cure, my mind still filled with thoughts of self hatred and embaresment that will stay with me until the sun sets again, when the nightmare will be renewed by my own empty tears.Forever a Nightmare

Taste of CakeA taste of life left on my lips A breath of air beneath my breast Eyes blown wide And I cannot restTaste of Cake
Pulled from a dream A hand so meek Pulled so far away And it I seek
Another life A blooming flower My mind roams So late the hour
Winds so stale of it I tire For mountain air I walk the wire
Waking dreams Dreaming awake I shut my head And eat my cake
